Job Description

• Creation, processing, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Support of Vendor Management as well as maintenance and administration of supplier master data
• Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers
• Administrative and operational support for the Sales and Finance departments
• Monitoring of orders, invoices, and approval processes
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the different departments
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and analyses in Excel
• Support in process optimizations and continuous improvements in daily business
• General Customer Service and support tasks in an international environment

Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in Customer Service, Sales Support, Procurement Support, or an administrative interface function
• Business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Assertive, proactive personality with a strong hands-on mentality
• Ability to coordinate different interests and drive topics forward independently
• Very good Excel skills as well as high IT affinity
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Experience in an international company is an advantage

Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech industry is an advantage
