YOUR TASK

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure comprehensive, expeditious and service-oriented customer service.
• You schedule and monitor customer appointments, support our hearing aid acoustician in the implementation of sales promotion measures and maintain the customer database.
• Further tasks include the sale of additional devices as well as accessory items and simpler service work on hearing systems.
• You complete administrative work independently and are responsible for a smooth process in daily business.
