We wish to recruit a Rental Manager real estate agency 100% for a local agency.

Mission :

• Supervise and manage the rental service team (rental, commercial and residential)
• Manage disputes for the entire agency portfolio
• Work in close collaboration with management for all projects (tenders, internal projects…)

Profile
----------

• Hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate field in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss rental law.
• Perfect mastery of the French language
• Excellent IT mastery
• Have interpersonal skills, reactive, rigorous and reliable
