What you can achieve

• Together with your deputy, you are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of approx. 30 employees.
• As a strong leadership duo, you work hand in hand, promote team development, and maintain communication.
• You create the personnel deployment planning and are responsible for shipment preparation (working hours Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 01:15 and approx. 2x per month on Sunday between 17:00 and 22:00).
• You integrate new employees into the team and support them during the induction phase.
• To fulfill your role as a role model, you actively lend a hand in day-to-day operations.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed basic vocational training EFZ, preferably in logistics.
• You enjoy the role of role model and coach and like to take on leadership tasks. In addition, you are willing to undergo further training in the field of leadership and apply what you have learned in practice.
• You are an organizational talent and see changes as an opportunity.
• You communicate precisely and maintain a fair, appreciative interaction within the team.
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as confident use of MS-Office round off your profile.--
