Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will get an insight into different departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving bank customers • Assisting in customer consulting • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively • Collaboration in marketing In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the apprenticeship with us either with an EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed primary school at the highest school level with good grades and E- or P-profile • Very good German language skills, fluent in speaking and writing • Prerequisites for learning one or two foreign languages • With vocational maturity: Very good performances at the highest school level, passed admission exam Personally: • Contact-friendly and communicative • Joy of learning • Team ability • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in banking everyday life and customer contact • In trends and developments in the profession and industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
