Main responsibilities * Provide legal and regulatory guidance to business lines and operational teams * Monitor and ensure compliance with Swiss banking laws, FINMA regulations, and internal policies * Support the AML program, including complex case review and escalation * Draft, review, and negotiate banking contracts, agreements and legal documentation * Prepare and oversee regulatory reporting and communications with FINMA and other authorities * Conduct compliance risk assessments, internal audits and implementation of control measures Required skills * Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification * Experience in legal and compliance functions within a bank or regulated financial institution is an advantage * Knowledge of Swiss banking law, FINMA requirements, AML regulations, and corporate governance standards * Experience in handling regulatory audits and inspections is an advantage * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and liaise with senior management Languages Fluent in English and French Additional languages are a plus Place of work Geneva Contract type Full time permanent employment Valid work permit for SwitzerlandImmediate entry date or to be discussed  * CIM BANQUE SA Genève 1207 Genève * [ ](< >) jpid8cafd2bjm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
