We are looking for a supply chain profile with proven experience in the field for a fixed-term temporary mission regarding the position:

Reporting to the head of the department, you manage the end-to-end routing of goods on a national and international scale. Acting as a true conductor, you secure the flow of shipments, supervise regulatory formalities, and ensure strict compliance with delivery deadlines.

Job description:

• Transport management & quotations: Consult freight providers, analyze price offers, and orchestrate operations with national and international carrier networks, coordination with freight forwarders.
• Operational & event monitoring: Monitor the smooth running of deliveries. Handle complex logistics related to trade fairs, express shuttling, and specific shipments.
• Customs compliance & import-export: Prepare and check all regulatory documentation (import/export, customs) and manage the procedure for required import and export documents (ATA carnets).
• Internal fleet & field management: Organize the assignment schedule for the internal transport vehicle (collections/deliveries).
• Internal synergy & activity monitoring: Work in close relationship with internal services, participate in coordination meetings, and anticipate potential transport contingencies.
• Quality & Improvement: Participate in the optimization of logistics procedures in absolute compliance with current safety and quality rules, continuous improvement.

Profile sought:

• Background: Higher education degree in Logistics, International Trade or Transport, supported by at least 3 years of field experience in a similar position.
• Proven mastery of customs procedures, shipping documents, and the functioning of ATA carnets.
• Solid experience in managing freight forwarders and negotiating transport services.
• Fluent practice of management tools (ERP) and office software.
• Languages: Operational mastery of French and English (German is a complementary asset).
• Personal qualities: Methodological rigor, great sense of organization, initiative, pragmatism, and excellent management of stress and priorities.
• Oriented towards continuous improvement and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, field approach.
