On behalf of one of our clients, a human-sized company specializing in precision machining, located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a CNC Setter Mechanic on Willemin-Macodel 408 (M/F) for a permanent position.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the setup and commissioning of Willemin-Macodel 408 CNC machines.
• You will carry out series changes and the adjustments necessary for production.
• You will perform the machining of high-precision components according to technical drawings.
• You will guarantee production monitoring and the proper functioning of the equipment.
• You will perform dimensional and aesthetic inspections of the machined parts.
• You will optimize machining parameters to guarantee quality and productivity.
• You will ensure first-level maintenance of the machines.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in polymechanic, precision mechanic, or a training deemed equivalent.
• You have solid experience in setting up Willemin-Macodel 408 CNC machines.
• You master machining techniques and material removal processes.
• You possess excellent knowledge in reading technical drawings and dimensional inspection.
• You are capable of working autonomously on setups and commissioning.
• You demonstrate rigor, precision, and an excellent sense of organization.
• You enjoy working within a small team and demonstrate versatility.
• You are an autonomous, reliable person concerned with the quality of your work.
