Job description
The Schülerhort Rebstein offers, in cooperation with the primary school, family- and school-supplementary day care for kindergarten and school children. The Kita, which opened in August 2026, complements this offer for younger children. Together, Kita and Schülerhort create a reliable and lively care location where children are individually accompanied, promoted, and supported in their development. To strengthen our care teams, we are looking for one committed childcare specialist each for the Schülerhort 80 - 100% (as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement) and childcare specialist for the Kita 40 - 80% (as of 1. November 2026 or by arrangement). Your main tasks

Care, accompaniment, and promotion of the children
Creation of an appreciative and safe atmosphere
Co-design of the daily routine and leisure activities
In the Kita: Participation in daily structure, care, and activities
In the Schülerhort: Support with homework and learning
Collaboration with parents, teachers, and reference persons
Assumption of organizational tasks in everyday care
Assumption of substitute tasks if required
Your profile

Training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or comparable pedagogical training
Vocational trainer course is an advantage or willingness to complete it
Joy and practical experience in the care of children
Responsible, reliable, and flexible way of working
Good communication skills and IT user knowledge
Organizational skills and capacity for reflection
