You will actively shape the further development of our services and support researchers, students, and employees of FHNW in the areas of information competence, artificial intelligence, and usage. Your tasks include in particular: • Coordination of information competence (IK) for the FHNW library across all locations and collaboration with the IK working group • Support for IK offers at the Muttenz campus and implementation of library introductions and teaching units • Evaluation of trends and development of (new) scientific library services • Provision of services in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), e.g. workshops and consultations • Planning and implementation of internal AI further training for library employees • Participation in specialist groups and maintenance of internal and external networks • Consulting for complex research requests • Participation in the user service at the information desk Your profile:### You are a committed, service-oriented, and innovative personality with a passion for imparting knowledge. You enjoy working in a team, keep an overview even in a dynamic environment, and are interested in new developments in the library and university environment. You bring: • Completed university studies (Master's degree) and a degree in the field of information science or a comparable subject area • Several years of professional experience in a scientific library • Experience in imparting information competence and conducting teaching formats • Interest in current developments in the field of scientific work and artificial intelligence • Very good German and English language skills • Independent, structured work and pronounced communication competence and service orientation Your perspectives:### The University of Applied Sciences for Life Sciences offers state-of-the-art technology, laboratory, and office infrastructure.
