Further information at implenia.com As Lead Buyer HLKS, you will take on a central role in the further development of our category strategy in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary. You are an experienced specialist with sound expertise in strategic and operational purchasing in the construction environment and are responsible for the holistic management of your product group across all relevant BKP positions (CH). Your focus is on the active co-design and implementation of a future-oriented category strategy in close cooperation with the Business Units. In doing so, you identify market potentials, develop sustainable procurement strategies, and make a significant contribution to the optimization of costs, quality, and supplier performance. The place of work is designed flexibly and includes assignments at the headquarters in Opfikon as well as in the home office. What you move: • In this role, you are jointly responsible for the implementation of the category strategy in the HLKS area and work closely with the Head Lead Buyer as well as the representatives of the Business Units. You are also responsible for the entire product group including all BKP positions (CH) in your region and drive its continuous further development. • You analyze and manage the risks within the product group, create forecasts for procurement and business (e.g., regarding price developments, critical suppliers, and supply chain risks), and ensure proactive early risk detection. • To this end, you bundle and coordinate the project requirements within your product group and ensure efficient and strategically aligned requirement planning. • You negotiate and conclude framework agreements with strategic partners and contribute actively to the optimization of conditions and purchasing structures. • You enjoy close cooperation with projects, construction sites, project managers, and branches. You take over the operational purchasing, support calculations with your specialist knowledge, and contribute your expertise early on to complex projects for the optimization of costs and processes. What you bring: • You have a successfully completed vocational training in (construction) purchasing, alternatively a completed degree in civil engineering or in business administration, or you have several years of experience in construction execution in the HLKS area. • Furthermore, you bring sound specialist knowledge in the HLKS area as well as several years of experience in strategic purchasing in the main construction or construction sub-trade industry and possess excellent market knowledge as well as a strong technical understanding in this area and adjacent trades. • You have good knowledge of contract law and convince through strong communicative skills, social competence, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills. • Additionally, you are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented way of working with high personal commitment, teamwork skills, and good analytical skills, and you convince through a positive, confident, and representative appearance. • You are willing to travel and communicate in German and ideally in French; additional languages round off your profile.
