For our customer, a renowned company based in the Basel region, we are looking for a permanent position starting immediately (within weeks) for a Laboratory Technician Quality Control 100% Your tasks • Execution and documentation of DSC measurements as well as gel time analyses on epoxy resin systems • Execution of incoming goods, process, and final controls as part of quality assurance • Prioritization and organization of laboratory orders as well as ensuring timely testing • Documentation and maintenance of test results in the ERP system (SIVAS) and in standardized test protocols • Participation in the further development and optimization of testing methods • Support in the setup of new analysis methods such as FTIR or rheology • Close cooperation with production, development, quality assurance and purchasing • Responsible handling of modern laboratory and testing infrastructure Your profile • Completed vocational training as Kunststofftechnologe:in EFZ, Werkstoffprüfer:in or comparable technical training, mandatory in Switzerland • Experience in a chemical-technical laboratory, ideally in the field of epoxy resins, thermosets or composite materials, is an advantage • Experience with thermal analysis methods, especially DSC and gel timer • Knowledge of polymer analysis, DMA, FTIR or rheology is advantageous • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least C1) • Good English skills (at least B2) • Structured, precise and independent way of working • High quality and responsibility awareness • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems What awaits you An interesting and varied activity awaits you.
