jobgate ag is a personnel service company based in Aarau and specializes in the placement and rental of specialist personnel in the areas of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction industry. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Blade Fitter (a) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Plastering and locksmithing of turbine rotors • Mounting and dismounting of gas and steam turbine blades • Setting radial seal strips on gas and steam turbines • Mounting and dismounting of auxiliary shafts and turbine components • Shrink-fitting of gears and pinions on gas and steam turbines • Welding of gas and steam turbine end pieces Your profile: • Completed vocational training in the mechanical field, ideally in subtractive manufacturing (e.g., polymechanic specializing in assembly) • Good knowledge in reading technical drawings and documents • Good technical understanding as well as manual dexterity • Good German skills in speaking and writing, good basic knowledge of English • Basic PC skills • Helpful, team-oriented and flexible personality with interest in new challenges • Independent, quality-conscious and exact way of working as well as high motivation and initiative • Willingness for 2-shift operation as well as for additional assignments and flexible working hours Our client offers • Attractive compensation with a focus on work-life balance and performance-related rewards • Individual programs to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle • Diverse training and further education opportunities for your professional development For detailed information, we are happy to be available to you by telephone.
