L’Association Régionale d’Action S Inclusion Manager The Association Régionale d’Action Sociale (ARAS) Jura–Nord vaudois brings together 73 communes - for a population of approx. 96’730 inhabitants - which have united to offer the population a platform of services related to social and family affairs. Our service of l’Accueil de Jour des Enfants (AJE) based in Orbe, which brings together nearly 700 employees across more than 34 collective childcare structures and an important family childcare sector (approximately 150 family childcare providers distributed over three regions), is looking for a specialist in the field of early childhood as: Inclusion Manager General Mission Reporting to the Direction of the AJE and in collaboration with the various stakeholders, you will develop an inclusion concept applicable to all collective childcare structures and the family environment. In this context, you will define an inclusion policy, based on an analysis of strategic, institutional, and field-based issues, and then ensure its monitoring and internal promotion. As a proactive proposer, you will bring your expertise and support to all teams, particularly during the evaluation, reception, and follow-up of children with special needs. In this dynamic, you will collaborate actively with the managers of collective and family childcare. You will stay informed about everything concerning inclusion and regulatory developments in the field of early childhood. You will represent the collective and family childcare networks on inclusion issues with institutional, associative, and professional partners. Finally, you will contribute to maintaining good relations, a positive, constructive, and meaningful working climate with all internal and external partners. Desired Profile We are looking for a committed early childhood professional, holding a diploma as an early childhood educator or an equivalent recognized title according to the competency framework for early childhood daycare established by the SCAJE. The person has confirmed experience in the field of childhood, supplemented by training and/or significant experience in the field of disability, inclusion, special pedagogy, or supporting children with special needs. Training or experience in team management and/or leadership, or in project management constitutes an asset. The skills developed therein are part of a reference, support, and cross-functional coordination posture, without direct hierarchical responsibility, necessary for the exercise of the activity. The function requires a good knowledge of the Vaud daycare system, public institutions, as well as the legal and regulatory framework regarding childhood and inclusion. It also requires excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills, as well as good mastery of standard IT tools. We wish to integrate a person interested in the challenges of early childhood daycare and convinced by an inclusive approach, capable of working in a network while demonstrating autonomy. Their interpersonal skills, ability to unite educational teams around a common project, and collaborative posture will be essential to contributing to the development of a coherent inclusive culture within our childcare facilities. A driver's license as well as a vehicle are required, due to frequent interventions in the childcare structures.
