Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth functioning of modern buildings. As a technical caretaker, you ensure the perfect condition of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times.
What awaits you
Execute building inspection tasks autonomously
Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
Handle various requests and small repairs
Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies
Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors
Perform administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
Manage small repair projects
Perform assigned tasks autonomously in compliance with existing standards, directives, and processes
Control the subcontractor process
Inform the supervisor of any anomaly
Ticketing follow-up and processing
What you bring
Holder of a CFC as a facility management agent or a title deemed equivalent
Proven experience in a similar position
Good administrative and technical management skills for small construction sites
Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level)
Knowledge of English is an asset
Good knowledge of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional, discreet, and respectful personality
Service orientation and ease in contacts
