Joinery Technician 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage all joinery projects, from the initial study to the final acceptance of work
• Prepare offers, carry out measurements, and ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of files
• Design and establish technical plans as well as manufacturing files
• Plan and coordinate activities between the workshop, installation teams, and various stakeholders
• Ensure daily follow-up of construction sites by ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs

Profile

• Federal diploma of joiner or equivalent training
• Proven experience in joinery project management or in a similar function
• Excellent mastery of reading plans and computer-aided design tools, ideally Cadwork
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation
• Natural leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to unite teams
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
