Our partner, a Swiss industrial company firmly established in the canton of Fribourg, specializes in the design, manufacture, and implementation of technical projects intended for the construction sector. In order to strengthen its technical office, we are looking for a:
Metal construction draftsman 100% (M/F)
Your main responsibilities:

• Develop approval, execution, and manufacturing plans.
• Develop technical solutions adapted to the constraints of various projects.
• Prepare technical files intended for manufacturing, logistics, and assembly.
• Ensure the monitoring of modifications and the update of technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, the technical office, production, and assembly teams.
• Guarantee the quality, precision, and compliance of technical documents.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and processes.

Your profile:

• CFC as a metal draftsman-constructor, locksmith-constructor or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in technical drawing applied to metal construction.
• Solid knowledge of the locksmithing and metal construction field.
• Excellent mastery of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of HiCAD is a real asset.
• Very good ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality.
• Team spirit and ease of collaborating with different interlocutors.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Motivation to evolve progressively towards a Project Manager role.
