This is Spitex Klettgau-Randen
We are a medium-sized Spitex organization in the canton of Schaffhouse (Klettgau) and we take care of clients in 7 municipalities totaling approximately 14,000 inhabitants. Our modern Spitex center is located in the heart of Neunkirch city center.

Care and support for our clients at home as well as in our outpatient facility
Professional responsibility for our psychiatric clients
Support and guidance in crisis situations as well as in difficult life situations
Development and monitoring of individual care plans
Work within the reference care system
Coordination and maintenance of interdisciplinary exchanges with psychiatry specialists, doctors, relatives and other specialized services

What you bring
Completed training as a registered nurse HF, AKP or DNII
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of psychiatric care
Ideally experience in the context of outpatient care
Basic interRAI HC training with CMH or willingness for continuing education
Proven counseling skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary collaboration
Reliable, flexible and autonomous working method
Availability to perform evening and weekend shifts
Enjoyment of working with people from different backgrounds and worldviews
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of common computer programs
Category B driving license as well as a personal car
