We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Personnel Consultant RAV Wil (m/f/d)

• Advising and placing job seekers
• Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on adequate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (logistics of labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
• Performing all administrative work associated with the activities
• Commercial basic training or vocational apprenticeship with commercial further training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist, or the willingness to undertake further training as an HR Specialist (Specialization B)
• Professional experience from personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close connection to social insurance
• Empathic and solution-oriented communication with the most diverse interlocutors from different social and cultural circles
• Flexibility and willingness to perform work assignments also at the RAV locations and Wattwil
