For our team, we are looking for an independent and responsible personality as Caretaker/Technical Service: In Facility Management (building maintenance). In this versatile role, you will ensure the safe, well-maintained, and functional condition of our buildings, technical facilities, and outdoor areas.

In this role, you will not only be active yourself in manual work but also coordinate external specialist companies and act as an important contact person on site.

Your tasks

• Independent care, inspection, and maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas
• Execution of maintenance, inspection, and minor repair work
• Rectification of simple technical malfunctions as well as initiation of suitable measures in case of more complex malfunctions
• Monitoring of building technology systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, and sanitary
• Organization and coordination of external craft, maintenance, and service companies
• Accompanying and monitoring external service providers on site
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained appearance of the indoor and outdoor areas
• Execution of winter services as well as care of green and outdoor areas
• Implementation and monitoring of safety and fire protection specifications within your own area of responsibility
• Operation of the fire alarm system
• Documentation of maintenance, inspection, and upkeep work
• Support during moves, events, and internal projects
• On-site contact person for employees, users, and external parties

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ, preferably in a manual or technical field.
• Several years of practical experience in building maintenance, technical maintenance, or Facility Management.
• Good knowledge in handling building technology systems and building facilities.
• Further training as a caretaker/caretaker with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) is an advantage.
• Further training in building technology, Facility Management, or occupational safety is a plus.
• Experience in the coordination and supervision of external craft and service companies is an advantage.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Good PC skills (ERP systems, MS-Office)
• Good English skills are an advantage
