• Be responsible for the professional management of the work and the assigned army members and/or the assigned civilian personnel during the issuance and return of army vehicles and material of the troops, while complying with the specified deadlines
• Professionally move vehicles and the associated material in, out, and within storage and make them available according to existing regulations and instructions
• Check the condition and functionality of the stored vehicles and be responsible for returning defective components to maintenance for repair and overhaul
• Instruct and train troops and specialists on the handling and maintenance of the material within their area of responsibility within the framework of army system and army material versions
• Organize warehouse management, material transfers, and provision in cooperation with the transport process

This makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ, or equivalent training
• Good MS Office and SAP user knowledge for use in warehouse management, inventory management, and reordering
• Driving licenses of categories B, C, E, F mandatory, CE and A an advantage
• Efficient and conscientious way of working, as well as organizational skills to support smooth operations
• Responsible handling of SAP materials management and pronounced suitability for continuous customer contact and advice
• Opportunities for internal/external further training, e.g., for a Federal Diploma, are available

With your expertise, you contribute to the smooth flow of material throughout Switzerland as a link between the Army Logistics Center and the military and civilian service recipients regarding army vehicles and material, fuel, food, and personal equipment.
