Our HR team is responsible for personnel-related topics for around 400 employees in the Regent companies in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France and furthermore supports our group company in Serbia. In total, the Regent Gruppe employs around 600 employees. Support us as

Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 employees in six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries via distribution partners.

Your tasks

• You lead the HR team with two employees and are responsible for all HR topics of the Regent Gruppe in Switzerland and internationally
• As a Business Partner, you advise and support managers as well as employees in all operational and strategic HR issues as well as in labor law and social security topics
• You are responsible for the Swiss payroll as well as the coordination and control of the international payroll runs and quarterly and annual financial statements
• You create and control the annual personnel cost budget of the entire Regent Gruppe and are responsible for the implementation of the compensation process
• You are responsible for and process the entire employee lifecycle as well as absence and case management
• You lead and accompany HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes and systems

Your profile

• You have at least the eidg. Fachausweis HR and bring several years of experience in a comparable HR management or senior HR function in an international HR environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, payroll and the processing of annual financial statements
• Experience in leading employees as well as strong social competence, communication skills and assertiveness
• You have impeccable German language skills as well as very good English and French skills
• Experience in the conception and implementation of HR projects as well as in the further development of HR processes and systems
• You work independently, structured, exactly and solution-oriented and maintain an overview even with complex topics
• A resilient and entrepreneurial personality with a positive nature
