Madretsch school belongs to the Linde - Madretsch school unit. Children from various cultures attend our school at several locations. Tasks ###

You work with children from various cultures and place a pedagogical focus on the promotion of the German language, differentiated support in lessons, as well as on social learning and learning strategies. Your priorities lie in integrative support in German and mathematics. You work together with a small class team, plan and conduct lessons together, and work independently with parts of the class. You commit yourself to additional tasks regarding school life such as meetings, working groups, parent conferences, excursions, quarterly events.

Requirements ###

We are looking for a committed special education teacher with strengths in cooperation and an interest in the social environment of the children. You are interested in the concerns of the students, maintain an appreciative exchange with the parents, and take responsibility for your work. The class team works together on social topics. You plan and discuss differentiated support with the teachers. This ensures that the shared resources are used profitably for the needs of the class. You have a Master of Arts in Special Needs Education or are in training.

Individual further training as well as interdisciplinary exchange and the support of the Zentrum für Pädagogik are part of our offering and take place as municipal events, or we work together in the special education specialist group of the school unit.
