Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational support of the assigned suppliers in the area of Residential Ventilation Europe and first point of contact for procurement topics
• Clarification of price and invoice discrepancies as well as coordination in the event of delivery problems and escalations
• Maintenance and updating of purchasing and material master data in SAP, including prices, delivery times and packaging units
• Creation of framework agreements and orders as well as support for the onboarding of new suppliers and materials
• Processing of quality issues, conducting supplier evaluations and ensuring relevant proofs and documentation
• Close cooperation with Category Management and other internal interfaces as well as participation in cross-functional projects

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training with further training in purchasing/Supply Chain Management or a comparable business qualification
• Very good German and English skills for cooperation with internal and external contact persons
• Sound SAP knowledge and a good understanding of structured processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, tenacity and at the same time a strong team orientation
• Willingness to actively help shape the newly defined function and to travel occasionally, up to approx. 20 %
