Facility Service Specialist | 100% # Ref-Nr. 7803 Place of work: Solothurn , Burgdorf Your main tasks ### • Maintenance, upkeep and preservation of buildings, outdoor facilities and green spaces • Carrying out control rounds to ensure order, cleanliness and safety throughout the entire area • Execution of smaller repair, maintenance and assembly work • Support with seasonal work such as winter service, green maintenance and environmental maintenance • Organization and accompaniment of external service providers as well as control of the work carried out • Support with internal moves, room adjustments and event setups • Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the interior and exterior areas • Cross-location deployments at the Burgdorf and Solothurn sites Your profile ### • Completed technical or craft training (e.g. carpenter, gardener, maintenance specialist or comparable training) • At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, janitorial services or facility management • Basic knowledge of building technology (HLKSE) is an advantage, but not a requirement • Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work in indoor and outdoor areas in different weather conditions • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented work as well as friendly and service-oriented demeanor • Good physical condition and driver's license category B • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least level C1)
