The *Hotel Sommerau is the largest hotel in Chur with 74 rooms and over 140 restaurant seats. The clientele consists of international business and private guests as well as group travelers. The menu features regional specialties, Mediterranean classics and fresh, seasonal dishes.
The *Hotel Sommerau employs around 35-40 employees.

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a cook for a one-year position by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• independent work in the hot and cold kitchen
• cooking and plating the food
• compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• enjoyment in handling food and in cooking
