The professional, individual, and family-oriented care of pregnant women, mothers, newborns, and their families is at the center of your activity. You accompany and care for women and their families during pregnancy, around the birth, as well as in the early postpartum period, ensuring holistic, needs-oriented, and professionally competent care. In close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team, you accompany the women from admission through birth to transfer to the postpartum ward and ensure continuous, safe, and empathetic care. In doing so, you support and strengthen the families in their individual situation and contribute to a positive and trusting birth experience.
