Your qualifications

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH (Bachelor) with CAS in Palliative Care or Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF with MAS in the field of Palliative Care
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Palliative Care, ideally in the outpatient sector
• Competent, independent personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills
• Driving license category B

Your field of expertise

• You take over the specialist leadership in the Palliative Care team and support the Head of Nursing Development in strategic decisions regarding the specialist area.
• You systematically and professionally further develop our offer in Palliative Care according to the Aargauer Palliative Care Konzept.
• You maintain an overview of professionally complex situations in the field and, together with the Palliative Care team, support the nursing teams in the implementation of professional palliative care for our clients.
• You provide strong specialist support for the Palliative Care team, perform nursing services for the clients on site and use bedside coaching as an instrument for the empowerment of employees.
• You act intra- and interdisciplinary, networking and supporting.
