Your tasks: Function description
As a production employee, performs simple rework, maintenance, or manufacturing activities according to instructions.

Key tasks

Rework and manufacturing activities

• Carrying out rework, adjustment, and assembly work according to technical specifications
• Working with automatic machine tools (User)
• Feedback on completed work as well as recorded deviations; documentation of order times

Diagnosis and testing

• Carrying out simple tests according to instructions and valid standards incl. documentation
• Adjusting parameters based on visual and functional controls

Production logistics

• Ensuring the material flow in and out of the cost center
• Preparation of production kits

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field, industrial painter or sandblaster (EBA or EFZ)
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in assembly, maintenance, or manufacturing is an advantage
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Flawless criminal record and debt enforcement register extract required upon commencement of employment
• Very good German skills (at least level B2)
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
