Service Technician 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Commissioning & installation professional: You install our industrial products at customer sites throughout Switzerland, commission them, and conduct training if required.
• Service & technical all-rounder: You independently undertake service, maintenance, and repair work at the customer site as well as in the workshop and are responsible for calibrations, adjustments, as well as qualifications and certifications.
• Support & coordination interface: You support customers and internal departments by telephone, remotely, and on-site, clarify technical questions with customers and suppliers, and prepare relevant information in a structured manner.
• Consulting & need identifier: You advise and support customers in your region regarding our products and service offerings, recognize customer needs, and specifically utilize cross-selling potentials.
• Quality & documentation responsible: You ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and take over the complete reporting of the work performed, including test and service protocols.

Your profile:

• Technical background & expertise: You possess a completed basic technical training in the fields of electricity, electronics, automation, polymechanics, or mechatronics, as well as good knowledge in electronics, sensor technology, and control technology.
• Practical & field service mentality: You have manual dexterity, enjoy technical work, and appreciate varied assignments at the customer site.
• Way of working & mobility: You work independently, structured, and reliably, have good PC skills (MS Office), and possess a category B driver's license; category BE is an advantage.
• Languages: Very good German skills; any other national language or English is very welcome.
