Tasks:

• You take responsibility for organizational development as well as quality management and continuously develop existing processes.
• You advise the clinic management, lead cross-departmental projects and actively contribute your own ideas to the further development of the clinic.
• You plan and accompany internal as well as external audits and certifications and ensure that quality standards are implemented sustainably.
• You observe developments in the healthcare sector, evaluate new requirements and support the teams in their implementation.
• You develop key performance indicators and evaluations, analyze relevant data and derive concrete improvement measures from them.
• You manage and optimize the quality management system, organize management reviews and prepare decision-making bases for the clinic management.
• You promote continuous improvements, evaluate new processes and innovations and actively participate in their introduction.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of healthcare management, business administration, quality management or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience in healthcare.
• Experience in organizational development as well as in the optimization and design of processes.
• Knowledge in the field of quality management as well as experience with audits and certifications.
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as confident handling of key performance indicators and evaluations.
• Independent, solution-oriented personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Confident appearance as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, further language skills are an advantage
