For our client from the public sector, we are looking for a temporary position from August 1, 2026, or by agreement for 8 months at the Bern location in the Prevention and Healthcare department for a: Legal Employee / Legal Employees Prevention and Healthcare 80% Your tasks • Checking applications and drafting decisions on federal diplomas, diploma recognitions, and registrations by MEBEKO and PsyKo • Processing statements in appeal proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court • Participating in and possibly organizing meetings of MEBEKO, PsyKo, and federal examination commissions • Coordinating file inspections • Supporting contract management for the implementation of federal examinations Your profile • Completed university degree in law or comparable legal training • Experience in administrative procedures as well as interest in health and education policy • Pronounced team and service orientation • Good editorial skills and stylistically correct expression • Active knowledge of two official languages and ideally passive knowledge of the third official language; text comprehension in English We offer you You can look forward to a modern workplace and a fair remuneration.
