Tasks • Realization and elaboration of technical drawings and usage concepts for pneumatic and crawler cranes as well as for lifting and moving technology • Planning of complex lifts and assemblies for national and international projects • Development of creative and technically sound solutions for demanding construction sites and intervention situations • Close collaboration with project managers, planners, and intervention teams • Technical support during the preparation and implementation of projects • Verification of feasibility as well as optimization of existing concepts and processes Profile • Training as a building drafter, technical drafter, and constructor or comparable technical qualification • Proven professional experience as a drafter/constructor in the fields of metal construction, building, mechanics, or related technical fields • Proficiency in CAD systems, preferably AutoCAD • Good spatial representation skills and deep technical understanding • Passion for cranes and heavy lifting technology • Creative spirit and pleasure in developing solutions for exceptional challenges • Autonomous and structured work • Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written, English is an asset • Team spirit and willingness to take on responsibility We offer • Individual workstation with AutoCAD and sector-specific planning software • Exciting and exceptional projects in the field of cranes and heavy lifting technology • An environment where ideas are welcome and personal initiative is appreciated • The possibility to actively participate in the development of innovative lifting and assembly concepts • Flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making • Modern work tools and development opportunities • A team of technology enthusiasts who love challenges
