Saleswoman - Salesman

For a client we are selecting an EXPERIENCED SALESWOMAN workplace Winthertur

Knowledge of German and Italian is fundamental

Responsibilities

Sales and customer service

welcome and advise the customer, presenting the goods with professionalism and competence

explain the particular characteristics to observe in the use of the goods (switching on electronic devices, washing methods for clothes, etc.)

prepare sales documents (warranty, receipt, insurance) and provide information on after-sales service

register sales, collect payments (in cash, by credit card or via invoice), apply discounts

manage complaints (malfunction, defect, delivery error) and propose an adequate solution

Merchandise management

register goods upon delivery, unpack them carefully, sort and recycle packaging

label products, store them and display some on the shelves in a way that attracts customers' attention

ensure the quality of the products for sale (expiry date, etc.)

anticipate goods shortages and propose special offers when goods are difficult to sell

participate in inventories, perform various administrative, organizational and accounting tasks

Orientation -creating shopping experiences-

offering the customer a positive shopping experience by giving personalized advice and offering demonstrations (taking measurements and helping with size selection, proposing tastings, etc.)

offering services to build customer loyalty

organizing special promotions for particular occasions

analyze the success of an event and take measures to offer better service in the future

Profile

Experience in sales

Experience in cashiering
