Polymechanic Tool Maintenance/Repair (m/f/d) 100% Wiler

PWF Kunststofftechnik AG is a rapidly growing company with around 110 employees specializing in plastics – injection molding in the Swiss Mittelland. For our well-known customer base, we produce with our modern infrastructure at the locations 4712 Laupersdorf, 5322 Koblenz and 3428 Wiler near Utzenstorf. To strengthen our team in Wiler, we are looking for you as a Polymechanic Tool Maintenance/Repair (m/f/d) 100%. What are your tasks? • Independent optimization, maintenance and repair of new and existing injection molding tools. • Support in developing solution proposals for upcoming tool repairs and optimizations. • Troubleshooting of equipment in ongoing production. • Overhauls and repairs of existing systems, fixtures and injection molding tools. What do we expect from you? • Completed vocational training as a Toolmaker* or Polymechanic* or Precision Mechanic specializing in mold making, preferably with several years of professional experience, or Maintenance specialist with several years of professional experience in tool mold making. • Relevant knowledge in the field of injection molding tools (new tools / tool repairs / tool conversions) is an advantage. • Knowledge in EDM, CAD, CAM and CNC milling is an advantage • Team-oriented personality, high quality awareness, goal-oriented, careful and independent way of working as well as analytical thinking and acting. • You are an easy-going and team-oriented personality, are resilient and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • You have experience in turning, milling, grinding and polishing as well as in wiring electrical connections. - Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
