Head of Home Support Service

La Croix-Rouge fribourgeoise (CRF) is a cantonal association founded in 1909, a member of the Croix-Rouge suisse. With some 160 employees and the support of 500 volunteers, our institution is active in the fields of health, migration and social services. We act in particular in favor of all vulnerable people, in respect of the fundamental principles of the Croix-Rouge. We are looking for a Head of Home Support Service (Member of the management team) You are responsible for managing all services related to maintaining the elderly at home and supporting families. This scope primarily includes Croix-Rouge transports, home visits, Alarmes CRS emergency call systems, relief services for caregivers, accompanied meals, as well as emergency childcare Chaperon Rouge. In exercising this function, you rely on a team of about ten specialized, motivated and experienced collaborators. This team is complemented by about thirty external collaborators intervening in relief and childcare services. Among the approximately 500 active volunteers within the institution, nearly 200 are involved in the activities related to your service. As a member of the management team, you contribute to the institution's operational decisions and ensure the relay to the concerned collaborators, volunteers and partners Main tasks: - Manage activities in accordance with the institution's purposes and objectives - Lead and manage the service (organization, finances, team management) - Promote and develop activities with the public, authorities and other partners - Manage and develop a network of private and institutional partners, through the various activities related to home support services - Manage the different cantonal and national mandates of this service while respecting the fixed requirements Required profile: - Bachelor or Master in the field of social activities, management or equivalent training - Confirmed experience in the operational management of an equivalent activity - High sense of collaboration and responsibility - Native language French or German with very good knowledge of the other language - Mastery of common computer tools and management tools - Natural leadership with several years of experience in managing a multidisciplinary team - Social fiber, ease of communication with colleagues and external partners.
