Imperative criteria CFC Missions • Ensure the security of the buildings (closure of the buildings and all rooms) • Ensure the activation of alarms and fire detection • Ensure the shutdown of all devices and lights • Management of scooters and electric bicycles • Management of beverage and snack vending machines • Assist and inform clients/members • Monitor building-related malfunctions • Assist and occasionally replace colleagues for other tasks • Ensure the disposal of waste and trash • Perform outdoor shopping and transportation • Ensure regular attendance and on-site interventions in case of technical alarms • Occasionally ensure the duty service
