Flexible studying at the School of Engineering: For this purpose, we are building online offerings that are truly effective for learning. In this project, you will support lecturers with video production and the development of learning activities on Moodle. Video Production and Media Didactics Specialist 60 % Department: School of Engineering Start date: As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. The position is part of the project to flexibilize part-time studies and is limited to 3 years. Tasks You will work in a project through which the School of Engineering flexibilizes its study offerings and expands online components: * You are responsible for the operation of our video studio and, together with lecturers, produce learning videos, from conception to recording to the final edit. * You advise lecturers on media didactics regarding the use of online activities and accompany them in the implementation of blended courses. * You create engaging media and reusable templates that allow lecturers to design their Moodle courses clearly and in a learner-friendly manner. * You provide first-level support for teaching staff regarding Moodle, the Safe Exam Browser, and other digital teaching tools. * You support lecturers in the creation and implementation of digital exams. Profile * You have completed training as a Mediamatiker or an equivalent qualification in video and media production. * Additionally, you have further training in Educational Technologies, Media Didactics, or E-Learning. * You bring experience in video production and editing with common software. * You combine technical and design flair with the joy of preparing learning content in a user-friendly manner. * You advise lecturers at eye level, explain things understandably, and enjoy working in a service-oriented manner in contact with different people. * You work independently and solution-oriented and quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and tools. * Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Moodle as well as experience in creating media and templates for digital learning environments.
