Technical Team Leader Production

The technical team leader supports the production department in the daily coordination and technical organization of manufacturing processes.

Main tasks:

• Production coordination: Coordination of daily production processes, assignment of orders, monitoring of progress, support of production planning and, if necessary, practical support in manufacturing.
• Material and warehouse management: Monitoring of stock levels, coordination of material availability, optimization of material flow as well as maintenance of correct manufacturing orders, bills of materials and inventory records in Majesty.
• Compliance with technical and qualitative specifications: Troubleshooting manufacturing problems, support in root cause analysis, ensuring compliance with work instructions, the ISO 13485 standard and quality requirements as well as ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Continuous improvement and cooperation: Cooperation with the technical, quality, purchasing and logistics departments to solve problems, support during audits and the introduction of new products, implementation of process improvements as well as ensuring efficient workflows and effective production handovers.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electronics, precision mechanics, manufacturing technology or a related technical field.
• Several years of practical experience in the assembly, manufacturing or technical service of medical products or in a comparable technical environment.
• Practical experience in production coordination or manufacturing organization is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Fluent German skills, English at business level.
