With your expertise and technical skill, you will advance the service technician team and resolve malfunctions that others cannot solve. Tasks * Technical (technical) leadership * Ensuring and further developing processes and rules * Induction, training and further education of the new TD technicians of the team * Taking over the 2nd escalation level for problematic systems * Organizing the on-call planning of the team together with the dispatch * Conducting the ERFA meetings together with RSL * Holiday planning of the TD-T together with RSL * Processing complaints Requirements * Basic technical training and further education * Specialist permit refrigeration certificate (WP) * NIV-15 (WP) * Ability to work in a team, solution orientation, personal responsibility Our offer: Our employees are the key to bringing our vision to life.
