ICT Sales Support Specialist

As an ICT Sales Support Specialist, you are at the heart of the design and implementation of our services around Cisco technologies. Thanks to your expertise and sense of service, you ensure a smooth execution and optimal customer experience. In your role, you manage standard orders autonomously, analyze specific needs and design customized offers and contracts. What awaits you • You process standard orders for our services in the Cisco System Integration and Professional Services domain and work closely with the key people involved for complex offers and orders • You develop specific offers and contracts for clients • You create network designs in our systems and ensure their proper execution • You coordinate clients, suppliers, and internal units (e.g., sales, billing, project management). Your skills • Knowledge of ICT products (Cisco Enterprise Networking an advantage). • Experience in the IT channel and system integration field. • Very good mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel. • Very good mastery of SAP. • Commercial or technical diploma (HES/CFC) and motivation to pursue continuous training • Resilient, reliable, customer-oriented, communicative, and able to think in a networked way • Able to design, question, and optimize processes • Very good level of French and English With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in a home office.
