Your profile ##

• Technical or commercial training or studies (economics/technical)
• Professional experience in supply chain management, ideally with technical components/equipment
• At least 5 years of experience in operational purchasing (industry, mechanical engineering or similar)
• Strong in analysis, organization & prioritization
• Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages = a plus)
• Comfortable in contact with suppliers with a good sense of assertiveness
• Autonomous, strong in negotiation & convincing in attitude
• Competent in MS Office and comfortable with ERP systems (e.g. PSIpenta)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, team spirit

Your tasks ##

• Participation in strategic objectives and compliance with KPIs in agreement with the strategic buyer
• Preparation and sending of orders
• Categorization of priorities in consultation with the purchasing team
• Adaptation of planning parameters (lead times, etc.)
• Creation of purchasing parameters for new items
• Requests for new and obsolete items
• Order monitoring (order confirmations, etc.)
• Execution and categorization of operational procurement processes including triggering orders and adjusting planning parameters (creation, maintenance and control of necessary master and planning data)
