Technical Project Coordinator Customer Projects (m/w)

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a renowned, market-leading machine engineering company based in the Winterthur area, we are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator Customer Projects (m/w) # In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on your company's innovative products. You will be responsible for project development from A to Z (feasibility, offers, deliveries, etc.), coordinate orders for various projects with customers, and perform a wide range of tasks in sales support. Additionally, you will provide support for tasks in product management and actively participate in the introduction of new products, including pricing. You will recognize market trends and be able to implement them successfully. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and will advise and train them in German and English, as well as possibly in French. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, purchasing, development) makes your task even more exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have a technical background (polymechanic, etc.) as well as commercial training (e.g., technical businessman, technician HF) or have completed a basic commercial training in the industrial environment. You should communicate confidently in German, English (word and writing), and if possible in French. Additionally, you should have good MS-Office skills and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha, etc.).
