What you will achieve with us • Installation, operation, and maintenance of VPN connections (OpenSense/Fortinet) for secure communication with our customers • Analysis and resolution of network and VPN failures in direct collaboration with customers • Design and implementation of networks in customer environments • Installation and commissioning of our software via remote maintenance or at the customer's site • Documentation of implemented network and VPN configurations • Participation in the continuous improvement of our support processes • Global collaboration with remote support and software development teams • Creation and maintenance of internal test networks What you bring • HF technician diploma in computer science or electrical engineering • In-depth experience with VPN technologies, ideally IPSec/OpenVPN • Good knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) • Experience with Windows Server environments and general IT infrastructures • Linux knowledge is appreciated • Experience in cybersecurity is an asset • Team spirit, flexibility, and autonomy in work • Customer orientation associated with a solution-oriented approach • Good skills in German and English, both spoken and written, other foreign languages are a plus We offer • Possibility to shape and develop the field of activity autonomously • Individual and targeted training • Modern employment conditions with a flexible working model and teleworking • Extended social benefits • A long-term professional perspective • A unique corporate culture with the values and sustainability of a family business For more information, Markus Stingl, Head of Human Resources, is at your disposal.
