Tasks

• You are the link between business and ICT: As the central contact person for the administrative specialist departments, you understand their processes, record requirements, and translate them into viable ICT solutions
• You develop our ERP further: You play a decisive role in shaping the further development of our ERP landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and drive the migration from Navision to Business Central from a functional and project perspective
• You lead projects to success: You lead ICT projects, sub-projects, and general ICT endeavors from initialization to implementation, control costs, deadlines, quality, and risks, and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers
• You create decision-making bases: With business analyses, requirement and process recordings, and solution concepts, you lay the foundation for well-founded decisions and report transparently up to the executive level
• You think processes further: You recognize optimization and digitalization potential, standardize processes, and advance the consolidation of our application landscape
• You ensure operations: Together with Application Management, you ensure tests, change and release processes, training for users, and clean documentation

Profile

• You know Navision and Business Central from practice: You bring several years of sound experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central - whether as a consultant, project manager, application manager, or experienced key user
• You have implemented projects successfully: You have several years of project management experience in the ERP or ICT environment, ideally with implementations or migrations. A certification (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PMI, or Scrum) is a plus
• You think in terms of business administration: You have a degree at the HF, FH, or university level in business informatics, informatics, or business administration, or a comparable career path, and understand business processes in detail
• You know the healthcare sector - or want to get to know it: Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage, but not a requirement. Knowledge of ITIL completes your profile
• You convince at all levels: You communicate clearly, translate confidently between specialist and ICT language, and create acceptance - from the specialist department to the executive management. You speak and write very good German
• You maintain an overview: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented, you set priorities and keep a cool head even with several parallel endeavors
