Bern | 80-100% This is what you can contribute <br /> • Support and independently process sections of operational planning, situation monitoring, and post-action analysis of operations, deployments, and support services of the army • Create, consolidate, and further develop the products of the army's command service along the staff steering process, operate and keep up-to-date leadership and information systems • Initiate, coordinate, and maintain the staff service regulations for the respective Joint Operational Planning Group • Develop contributions from the army's command service for situation reports, briefings, orders, and decision-making bases, and coordinate with internal and external partners • Accompany projects for the further development of leadership instruments, processes, and systems, and represent the interests of the army's command service in working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University or college degree (Bachelor) or higher technical or business education with several years of professional experience • Experience in military staff work and as a staff officer; rank of Major or higher • Knowledge of project management and experience in participating in or leading projects • Pronounced analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, as well as very good editorial skills • Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and military leadership and information systems; good knowledge of a second official language and English at level B2 <br /> In a nutshell Do you want to help shape the army's operations, deployments, and support services at the operational level? The Kdo Op includes, among other things, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence center, the Special Forces Command, and the Military Police.
