In order to strengthen our team in the Bienne region, we are looking for an immediate or to be agreed upon:

Receptionist M/F

In this interesting function, you will take charge of managing the reception of an industrial site. As the first contact with clients, you represent the calling card of our client and EGS Sécurité SA.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure the management of the site's telephone switchboard in French and Swiss German
• Welcome visitors, employees, and external companies, providing them with information and directing them to their contact person
• Perform various administrative tasks, including managing emails, Outlook calendars, statistics, and follow-ups for the client
• Ensure the management and monitoring of site access (visitors, external companies, badges)
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and friendly image of the site and its partners

Your profile:

• You benefit from training and professional experience as a commercial employee
• You are a native French or German speaker (Swiss German an asset) and have an excellent command of the other language, both orally and in writing
• You are an autonomous, versatile, organized, and rigorous person, with a good sense of responsibility
• You enjoy human contact and are comfortable in exchanges with different interlocutors
• You demonstrate discretion, reliability, and a professional presentation
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools, notably MS Office and Outlook
• A clean criminal record as well as a healthy financial situation are required

Working conditions:

• Permanent employment contract
• Activity rate of 20% from the start of employment, then 80-90% from 1 March 2027
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, from 07h30 to 17h00, according to the needs of the site
• Employment conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the private security branch
• Parking space available
