As a leader in portfolio management, you will take on central responsibility for the cantonal real estate portfolio. In doing so, you will combine professional competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and the interests of the Canton.

Your tasks

• You lead the Portfolio Management department, consisting of specialists in the areas of portfolio management and land acquisition, and as a member of the Executive Board, you are (co-)responsible for the further development and strategic direction of your area and Die Dienststelle Immobilien.
• As a representative of the Canton of Luzern, you competently and independently represent its ownership interests and are responsible for the economic, ecological, and socially compatible development of the cantonal real estate portfolio.
• In the responsible committees, you are responsible for the real estate strategies and represent Die Dienststelle Immobilien in demanding development projects. At the same time, you support the various departments and users in developing their needs and in plausibility checking the space requirements.
• For purchase and sale transactions, as well as for the creation of building rights and easements, you conduct the corresponding processes and bring together the interests of the various stakeholders.
• With a view to the long-term development of the portfolio, you take the lead in developing the long-term investment planning and act as the client within Die Dienststelle Immobilien.

Your profile

• Higher education in real estate and/or construction forms your professional basis, for example as an architect or civil engineer with further training in business administration or with a degree in business administration and experience or training in construction planning.
• Through your many years of sound professional experience in the real estate and/or construction sector, you bring the know-how to further develop a demanding real estate portfolio on a sound professional basis.
• In complex problem situations, you convince with your analytical and conceptual skills and know how to merge different information and interests into sound decision-making bases.
• As a strong personality, you appear confidently and convince with skillful negotiation competence. In exchange with various stakeholders, you find binding and sustainable solutions.
• You possess high proficiency in the German language and confidence in written expression and bring an interest in political processes.
