Product Manager Communication (1293) Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is what you can contribute Be responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of the product portfolio of messaging and communication services at Defence Platform and ensure their long-term usability Shape the service portfolio, develop product and service descriptions, and ensure the needs-based further development of the services offered Assume economic responsibility for the assigned products, create business cases, TCO calculations and billing models, and prepare investment and lifecycle decisions Carry out lifecycle, capacity and modernization planning, and identify and manage risks from technology replacement, manufacturer strategies and regulatory requirements at an early stage Ensure agile product management, promote cross-departmental collaboration and effectively bring together different stakeholder groups from business, architecture, security and operations What makes you unique Degree in computer science, business informatics, telecommunications (HF/FH/Uni) and several years of experience in strategic product management of IT services In-depth knowledge of messaging and communication platforms, in particular Microsoft Exchange and mail security solutions such as FortiMail, as well as VoIP, SIP protocols and highly available communication networks Proven experience in defining, controlling and further developing service portfolios and in designing product and service catalogs Several years of experience in strategic lifecycle, capacity and roadmap planning of complex IT platforms Distinct communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills as well as awareness in handling security-sensitive infrastructure and telephony Good knowledge of two official languages and good English skills In a nutshell You are motivated to shape the strategic further development of business- and security-critical communication services and ensure their economic viability, future viability and performance.
