Requirements
Completed training as Chef / Cook EFZ
Good German skills

Your tasks
Collaboration at the Entremetier station
Preparation of side dishes, vegetables, potato dishes and pasta
Preparation and provision of the Mise en Place
Support in the production of soups and sauces
Support of the kitchen team during service
Compliance and implementation of internal hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
